Our itineraries are curated in good faith and has been put together with care and intention, however as we may deem it fit to make adjustments that stem from political affairs, weather changes, local concerns, and etc. Our number one goal is to ensure that we provide you with a beautiful and memorable experience.

By joining a Destination Done Experience, you acknowledge and agree that there are inherent risks associated with any activities you may partake in with us. Therefore, you understand, agree, and assume full responsibility for such risk that you alone are responsible for based upon your decision to participate in such activities.

RESERVATION POLICIES:

In order to join our Destination Done Experiences, you must apply. You can read more about the process here. Once you have been accepted to join one of our trips, you have 48 hours to make a payment before it goes to the next person on the Waitlist.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Deposits is non-refundable .

  • Cancellations made 60 days after the Deposit, are non-refundable (meaning only one payment will be refunded after the Deposit payment).

  • Cancellations made 60 days after the Full Payment, are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made 60 days before the Full Payment, are subject to a 60% refund.

  • If you cancel 60 days after the Deposit or Full Payment, your trip can be transferred to another Destination Done Experience (for equal or lesser value).

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Travel insurance is a REQUIREMENT to join any of the Destination Done Experiences. We want to ensure that all of our guests have the coverage they need, in the unlikely case that something does not go as planned. You must provide proof of Travel Insurance before coming on an Experience.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Before joining any of our Destination Done Experiences, you will be sent a Form to understand any medical, physical, or dietary limitations you have which may impact your trip. We do this to ensure you are accommodated with everything that you need so your time with us is as comfortable as possible.
